chibi request terms

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: If you are expecting this to be a commission, this is not the place. This tier allows you to request Digimon under specific terms, but it is not a commission. Please do not join this tier with the expectation of it being a commission.TERMS
- OFFICIAL DIGIMON ONLY
- NO POSE or PROPS request. I have the full freedom to draw the requested Digimon how I wanted it.
- If the same Digimon has been requested within a 6-month period, you are not allowed to make repeated request again. However, you may request it again once the 6-month gap has passed.
- FAILING to respond within that month, thus the request will be cancelled for that month. Please make sure to send your request on time via Patreon messages.
- DEADLINE within a month of the request (depending on when you joined), if there is any inevitable delays I will update it.
- Currently you are able to request any level of Digimon from Baby to Super Ultimate- I will PERSONALLY DECIDE which either a post is exclusives on Patreon, Timed exclusive or even immediately available for public. So please do not expect all chibi requests are Patreon exclusives, some of the more popular Digimons would usually be posted publicly so that it will attract more supporters.

Rules and Rights Reserved- Be respectful: Any rude comments or messages will result in a ban.
- Joining Patreon does not grant you any rights to re-distribute, reproduce, or sell my designs, or profit from anything posted on Patreon. Commercial commissions (currently closed) are available for such purposes and come with specific terms and high costs.
- Requests are not commissions: The requester does not own the chibi they requested. Therefore, requesters cannot post their requested designs publicly if they are Patreon-exclusive content.
- You may not re-distribute, reproduce, or sell any chibi request designs for profit.
Public chibis (posted on @Sinobali_Digimon on Instagram) may be used for YouTube, Twitch content, or Discord emojis, provided that proper credit is given.
- Do not re-post any Patreon-exclusive content outside of Patreon. Violations will be taken seriously, and I will act to address any breach of trust.
- Supporters may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not alter the artwork (e.g., changing colors or adding effects). This includes using chibis for personal items like playmats, as long as they are for personal use only and limited to a single unit.
- If using artwork for personal use, do not post it online in any form.
- I retain all rights to the requested artwork, including the right to re-distribute.

ABOUT SINOBALI
Hey there! My name is Bali and I'm from Malaysia. I am better known as Sinobali or Sino on the internet. Ever since I was a kid I've been drawing stuff from Japanese media and it has been a huge influence in my art styles. But one thing that particularly stood out was my love for Digimon which oddly enough started from the Virtual Pet series and not the Anime.I have such a huge love for the virtual pets, designs and the overall aesthetic of Digital Monsters. I have been drawing Digimon Fan art since 2011 and the Digimon community is so friendly and supportive when it comes to artwork and has continuously supporting me to keep on producing more quality contents through out those years even while I was working full time.

- Joining the Patreon DOES NOT GIVE you ANY RIGHTS to re-distribute, reproduce, or sell my design or gain profit from anything I posted on the Patreon. This should be done by Commercial Commission (currently not open) which has a higher cost and more specific terms.
- REQUEST ARE NOT COMMISSIONS, The requester DOES NOT OWN the chibi they requested. So requester are not allowed to post the design they requested publicly if its a Patreon Exclusive contents.
- You may **not re-distribute, reproduce, or sell my work or profit **from the chibi request design.
- You are only allowed to use the public Chibies (the ones posted on @Sinobali_Digimon on Instagram) for Youtube or Twitch contents and Discord Emoji as long as credits are mentioned.
- You are not allowed to re-post any PATREON EXCLUSIVE CONTENTS outside of Patreon, this is a serious issue and I will do what ever I can to inform of this breach of trust.
- You may resize/crop the requested artwork to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. This includes using the chibies for self design playmat or any other stuff for personal use but you are only able to do this if you support the Patreon longer than 2 months or more.
- I retain all rights to the requested artwork, including the rights to re-distribution.
